I believe they are taxed as income, but I may be wrong and they may be taxed as Capital gains. However in order to avoid any liability I Spread Bet instead.may be considered to be highly leveraged. But in forex dont think more about leverages because its a place where you are own your risk and you are solely all in all for you profit and loss.
